Our Town Maintenance Assistant Manager sprays around town, from one side to the other, using Fyfanon, a liquid malathion. The Assistant Manager takes a course and receives an applicators license regularly for public use of the spray. Fyfanon is a mosquito insecticide that helps to sterilize mosquitos so they can't reproduce. Town Maintenance does not spray within 150ft of Jeff's Pond, to ensure pond wildlife still has a food source.
