The Town of Fleming will hold a Public Hearing about two proposed zoning changes on April 14, @ 6pm.
The first is in the Wild Horse Subdivision. It is proposed that the all lands now zoned transitional east of the alley between Ash and Grant to the alley between Fremont and CR 79 be zoned residential.
The second is in the Heritage Museum Park and Recreation Area. It is proposed that the Town annex the land it owns in the park and incorporate it as part of the town. Additionally, it is proposed that that land be zoned open space-parks and business-highway as noted in the drawing.
